Hi. I am interested in the same topic for my Sugar on Spike version 4.0.1c for Windows (i run 2003 strd). Specifically, i am trying to monitor some mailboxes and the instruction given to do the bat file is not working very well.

This one, how can i sue it?

Create a batch file with the following commands:
cd C:\Archivos de programa\SugarCRM\httpd\htdocs\SugarCRM
php.exe -f cron.php
