1) The test on the screen where you create new inbound mailboxes works?
2) What version of PHP imap you have?
3) If you have cyrus imap, use another script to get the emails.
4) Thunderbird/Outlook work on your server?

I want to use sugar built-in mail client. We are using pop3 to download the mail.
