"Include" directory invisible ?

Is anyboday had this problem before ? Pictures in the "include" directory are invisible. For exemple : http://MYWEBSITE/include/images/sugarcrm_login.png and if you try to see http://MYWEBSITE/include/images/ or http://MYWEBSITE/include/, directories seems empty ? Is there a bug or a conflict ?

This make the logo "sugarcrm_login.png" not accessible from the web. I've check permission, etc. everything is OK.

We need versions of WebServer, PHP and SugarCRM to help

As the files are not invisible, it MUST be a one of the following:

1. A permission problem
2. An Owner problem
3. A problem in your web servers config file

can you post us a ls -l (LS -L in lower case) of that directory and the files in it?

www-data is the right permission for apache2. It is not a problem of permission, the logo was ok when I installed SugarCRM and for a few days after.

How about the files themselves? I dont see anything wrong here. You may have to get your host involved as he may have changed something

No... this is what I don't understand...

If you try:

Logo is invisible... (I watch the logo locally, picture is ok)

When I installed SugarCRM the first time, the logo was OK... after a day, the logo disapeared... it is not the permission... perhaps something in the software itself I think.

A couple of things I didn't see mentioned: first do you have an .htaccess file set anywhere in the path to this file?

Second are you sure there isn't a case issue here? In otherwords are you sure the file is logo.png and not Logo.png?
