Installation problem at Step#6

Hi everyone,

I've tried to install SugarCRM for testing !!

All system check items are OK but IE report this script error at Step #6:

Char: 1
Code: 0
Error:'document.getElementById(...)' is Null or not an object.
URL:http://ecrm.mondomaine.fr/SugarOS/install.php

SugarCRM Database is created but is empty (no table and no data). config.php is created.

I've tried installation with SugarCRM 4.2.1 and CorreTech 4.2.0d french version : same error each time.

All files have 0666 permissions and folders have 0777 permissions.

My server is under FedoraCore 4 x64 with Plesk 8.0 / Apache 2.0.54-10.3 / PHP 5.0.4-10.5 / MySQL 4.1.16-1.FC4.1

Any kind of idea about this error ?

Problem might come from memory (etc/php.ini). You might need to assign more memory.

Exactly the same error with memory_limit = 52 or = 60

is there a log file created during install ?

Same error with 0777 permission for files and folders.
