I am installing a new instance of SugarCRM v4.0.1a to a shared services web server at lunarpages.com .
I changed the permissions on the files (as listed in the doc) - went to sitename/sugar/ (my instance) and it barfs with
a general 500 error . I can't see the server error logs, but I've got a trouble ticket into LP's support desk.
I wanna assume there is some issue with the tmp directory and where it should point to, but I'm grasping at straws here.
any comments on where I should begin looking?
