Integrate Asterisk PBX with Sugar CRM

i have installed asterisk@home but my sugarcrm i have in another pc is sugarcrm version 3.5.1e i put the code to make my detail contact show callme but i don't know how to say to connect to asterisk pbx in another machine in this case my server with crm for example has the ip 192.168.0.2 and my pbx 192.168.0.1 when i click call try to fin the asterisk in the localhost of the sugarcrm but i don't know how make the command go to another server

I have the same desire as mgamboa but have SugarCRM Version 5.2.0k (Build 5837).

And that doesn't have modules/Contacts/DetailView.html, modules/Contacts/DetailView.php nor modules/Contacts/ListView.html.

The HTML seems to be generated now, and it looks as though we need to change files in modules\Contacts\metadata\...., but I don't know what to put in there.

How do we now put the link in by the telephone numbers, please? Can anybody help, please?

have you tried YAAI in sugar forge. it seems to be working ok on our test system here. Only one user so far, but dials-out / screenpops for inward calls as well. http://dl.sugarforge.org/yaai/yaai/1...figuration.pdf
