Hi All!

I have a client that wants to setup an environment whereby he will purchase certain kinds of inventory. When he books the inventory (which can be stored anywhere in the country), he wants to be able to push out emails to customers that meet certain criteria telling them that these goods are available and at what price and inviting them to purchase.

The criteria would be based on the kind of work the customer does and where they are located geographically.

Does anyone know if Sugar can handle something like this? If not natively, (and I don't think natively), is there a plug in that would help us accomplish this?
