    Default Integration Problem

    Hi All
I have exported the following datas from one instance
    users,
    account,
    Contacts,
    Oppertunity about 4000,
    Leads abount 10000,
    Notes about 8000
    and other activities.

Now I want to import them into my new instance with exact mapping.
Like wise all the notes should go into the history of appropriate accounts, contacts, leads etc

all the converted leads(say 3000 out of 10000) should go into appropriate accounts, contactsetc

The Problem is that after data is exported then how to import into new instance as the ID changes for accounts ,contacts in new instance

you can export all record ids and then when you import into the new instance, there is a record id field you can import into.

    hello,

there is a field called 'id' when you export. This is the id of the record in your old crm.

if you are using the system import tool (there is a link called 'import' in the shortcuts menu of the module in sugar), you can take the csv that you exported from your old system, and use it to import into the new one. In the field mapping screen, you can match the id field from the csv with the id field in the available dropdown. This will essentially create the same records with the same id as your old system

You can also look at the below links for more detailed information about import data:
