Intermitent PHP Warning when logging into CRM

this only happens intermittently when logging into Sugar, and when I am doing certain actions.

any ideas?

In your php.ini, set display_errors = Off.

you should also set your sugar log level to "error" to make sure that sugar catches the errors in case you need to debug in future

Did you install any package or customize code by hand?
That should not be displayed anyway, even if you enable all errors, including notices.
