Folks,
I"m looking at a number of ERP/CRM products at the moment trying to find one that we can introduce to our management team in a "community edition" format to start, and then look at going to a per-seat model later. After playing with SugarCRM on my virtual machine here on my desktop, I love it. However, I'm missing one critical piece for our IT department which is the ability to enter in all of our corporate assets (computers, monitors, printers, etc) and then have the ability to select one in a new helpdesk ticket so that we can track issues alongside assets.
Does anyone know of a solution to this, such as a project on the forge?
