I've just received an email with a reminder for the "SugarCRM Customer Satisfaction Survey for September 2006":

We invite you to participate in a brief survey about your experiences with SugarCRM products and
services. Your input on these topics will help us determine where to focus our efforts through the
rest of 2006.

We will be conducting these surveys on a quarterly basis in an ongoing effort to provide you with
world-class products and services.

The survey should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. You can access the survey
here.
I was a bit intrigued because I've already taken the survey and I've noticed that the link in the message contained a "removeme.php?" directive, but just out of curiousity I've clicked on it. The result:
*You have elected to opt out and to no longer receive emails.

Interesting, huh?
