iReport and ZuckerReport trouble.

I installed ZuckerReports for working with reports, but I want to be able to create report templates directly from CRM.
I am a system administrator, not a programmer. How to integrate iReport with SugarCRM editor or similar. Are there some manual or algorithm?

iReport is desktop application, so you will need to develop engine to make jasper report template files yourself or find some other online solution to integrate in sugar.
