I have a problem with the emails in french, using the ISO-8859-1 (used in Quebec, Canada), it doesn't work and cut characters.

I've check the config files... and all is set with ISO-8859-1 but charters are not correct and replaced by "?"

For example : "... en m? temps. Si possible avant la fin de la journ?" should be "en même temps. Si possible avant la fin de la journée"

I'm using SugarCRM 4.2.0a

Any idea ?
