Default Issues on Lead organization and Sugar plugin for Outlook

    dear all
I'm submitting this thread to this forum cause I sadly have to admit, I am not getting the proper (let's say kind of any) assistance which I (and the Company) am expecting from the "PRO" Customer Service.

We're using Sugar PRO 5.2.0l and cannot upgrade to forward versions due to lack of Full Text Search capabilities. We need Kinamu Full TExt plugin by now.
So, maybe the following questions are maybe solved with next Sugar Versions but still.. there they are:

    1) Is it possible to create a lead and name it with the project name instead of a poor last name? This is important to us, cause it is very hard to remember names inistead of project names. For example, if we have an open lead with ACME JPN, we can hardly remember that Mr. Fakesinhohara is "the one" we're looking for. Besides, if you click on Sales > Leads, the details list shows fields which we would like to change to other (more important to us) fields

    2) Can we add people to a lead? For example, if ACME JPN's lead has 10 people involved, and we need to "attach them" to the lead, how can we do that? We cannot understand the way to..

    3) The Sugar plugin for Outlook shows the Microsoft Outlook's tags from email archived, and not simple text OR good HTML formatted text, resulting in useless email archiving

    Thanks for your attention
Hope to get at least your reply :-) I need to report a possible issue solution to my boss soon
    Marco

Generally a "Lead" is pretty low level inSugar ... if you have qualified the Lead and there is the prospect of business, (which if you're adding other people to the Lead, there probably is), then you should "Convert" the Lead to a Contact and Account.

Then you can associate Projects and additional Contacts with the Accounts or Projects with the Contact.
