Javascript error in compose email - bug ? -

I have install sugar 4.0 and 4.0.1a but i have allways the same error.
When i want to compose an email i have not the full screen and i have the following javascript error information : global registry is undefiny .
I have see on the html area forum that they could have mistake with IE 6.0, i have try to copy their patch but i have allways the same error.
I have read number post in the forum and i have see that other personn have the same mistake and i have find a patch i think for sugar 3.5 but not for 4.0.
Someone have an idea to solve this mistake.
