Jet Mobile (browser application for smartphones and tablets)

Hi

We have released a mobile browser application for SugarCRM. It makes a working with SugarCRM via smartphones and tablets easy and convenient. Tested on Android and iOS devices. It uses a strong caching so that every further access to the application requires a minimal amount of http requests.

After installation the application is available in 'm' directory of your Sugar (SUGAR_URL/m).

- Required fields are supported.

- Search filters for any type of fields (pro version).
- Custom modules and custom fields support (pro version).
- Custom code support (for skilled users) (pro version).
- Calendar.
- Multi-languages support.
- Strong front-end caching. Actual for mobile internet. All cache can be cleared.
- Written in upgrade-safe manner.

At this moment it works with SugarCRM 6.4.* - 6.5.*.

Have loaded the Jet Mobile module on CE 6.5.6

I can access my login page on Android and Iphone but after typing in my username and password and selecting login I get an "error occurred" message just above the login button.

Both phones are with different carriers.

I did however successfully login via my chrome web browser on my computer.

Thank you for your reporting.

Please check site_url in your sugar config.php whether it is correct and not localhost. Seems this is the reason of your issue.

I tried the demo and was able to login via Android Phone, No Errors.

I tried setting up another user that was set as a regular user not a and again i get "error occurred"

Any ideas?

Did you check whether 'site_url' in config.php is not set as localhost? See my post above. It should be real address, not localhost.

hi guys ,

same here, i have issue installing Jet Mobile in my sugarCRM CE 6.5 its says 100% complete but the display log ends in Rebuilding Vardef
when i hit refresh the jet mobile still not installed any idea guys?

Hello Yuri,

I did double check this and the site_url in our config.php is set to our site address and not Local Host.

The problem was the address typed in on the phone, it was missing the "s" on the http.

We are in and look forward to using this product.

In the next release we will make api url be recognizable automatically. Because this is typical issue users report.
