Just added a New User and He cannot create a lead

Hello,

I just added a new user and when you go to create a lead, the page is viewable so that he can put in the pertinent information. After doing so, when he hits save, it wont save the record. I'm not having problems with other users creating leads.

what version of Sugar are you using? Does this user belong to any roles? Is there any error message when they try to click save? Or does the page remain on the edit view?
