Keeping some email private

My entire company use SugarCRM OS and my boss wants to keep some of his email private. Is there a way to make sure some emails don't get archived in Sugar (like a ''make it private'') button?

I think you need to provide more information about how you use email feature.

You can just delete certain emails. Are you asking if sugar still keeps these emails in the database marked as deleted?
