I remember a while back I was working for a company that used some sort of crm product (I am sure it wasnt sugar but was very similar) that had a feature for emails that let you keep track of conversations easily. It would have a series of threaded messages which contained the emails, recieved in one color and sent in another all on one page. Is there a solution to sugar similar to this? I am trying out the thunderbird plugin for sugar and all I get is when associating them with an account, I have to click on each history item that is marked archived one at a time in order to get an idea of what is going on with the account. Does anyone have any recomondations on the best way to keep track of conversations?
