keeping track of leads from providers

is there a module that will keep track of the lead providers (the names of which are obviously inserted at the time of insertion from a post page) to the extent of possibly showing a graph of which ones have higher closing rate etc?

basically, we have several lead providers. we do business with them according to how good their leads are and how many closes we get from that provider. we need a better way of tracking closes from each of these providers assuming that our employees actually put stuff in their pipeline after they convert to contacts etc etc.

i'm running sugar 4.2.0 currently.
