I am starting to build our Knowledge base and have a number of articles I want to add to get it started. I am looking to see how to create a Knowledge base Template so they all have the same company look and feel. I need to know how to build this template and use it when I am creating articles from scratch and have it used when creating a Knowledge base article from a case.
