Language pack FR Installation problem

Hello,
I am a newbie with SugarCrm. I installed the product on my SUSE SLES9.2 server. All seems OK.
I want to isntall the FR language pack. I downloaded for V4 but when I try to install I get a msg from the Installation wizard:
"You can only upload patches from this page."
I am logged in as admin and installed all needed extensions.(zlib)
Anybody willing to offer advice?

Much obliged my friend for your advice. Found the moduleuploader and the rest was simple. I followed the installation page that came with the language pack. This talks about the upgrade wizard, not the module uploader. Should be updated.

It's my first install of SUGAR CRM 4.0 on Fedora Core 4

I upload french language butI have a problem when I click on commit.

it show this message :
Could not copy file cache/upload/upgrades/temp/kOH1Xz/fr_FR_400/include/images/flag-fr_FR.gif to /var/www/sites/sugarcrm/./include/images/flag-fr_FR.gif

I think it's a link problem, but I don't know repair this.

Can you help me.

it's the first file and nothing has been coping after

The upload is good, but it's a copy problem.
