LDAP and Email

Hi,

I'm still new with sugarcrm. I've configure LDAP with the sugarcrm. We've quite a number of employees. Is there anywhere that users from LDAP can automatically obtain their email when they login into the sugarcrm without having to configure each users personal email.

Maybe I'm not being cleared enough through my previous post or maybe I'm being some un-professional IT support for asking a basic question that I'm not very clear about.

Here's some information that I'm able to clear out. My company already have built up a mail server (mail.somedomain.com) that use LDAP authentication. We are in the process of enhancing our service to a new level which can cater everything from support up to financial section.

I've installed and configure SugarCRM up to the LDAP integration. From my understanding, the user of any employees that login to the SugarCRM will automatically be created. That went smoothly well. But, the email for each users are not automatically carried along. Do I have to manually add the mail account for each users? Or is there anyway that can automate it to appear in the Email section without each users have to manually do that.

Another thing, what's the method to add users to a group mail.
Eg : Group mail = sales@somedomain.com
Individual mail =
user1@somedomain.com
user2@somedomain.com

Guide or any previous thread that can clear the cloud in front of me would be most appreciated.
