Leads and Designation

Hello,

I'm writing because when I assign a lead to a user, everyone can see that specific lead in their leads queue. It does show who the lead is assigned to, but again, it's all mixed in. I would like to have the ability that other people can access other's leads, but not so they are mixed in with their designated leads.

Please help.
