Default Leads/Roles. Permission based access based on lead type.

I am looking for a solution for a leads management system. We have several different business models in our company that all require their own working area but top management needs to see contacts/leads from all sources. Is there a way in Sugar to set up roles so that users can see only leads pertaining to their division of the company. To throw in an additional twist it needs to be set up so that

    1) Basic Users see their own leads
    2) Admin Staff see leads for their division only (Real Estate/Golf/Marketing, etc...)
    3) Management sees leads for all divisions.

Is there a way to achieve this in Sugar?

    Thanks.

There are plenty of threads covering his issue. You may want to look for Team OS or similar. You should also have a look at SugarForge.
Sugar Pro has this issue covered nicely with its team concept.
