I searched for an answer to this question and did not find an exact match but is it true that certain information (such as "leadsource") did not convert through over to account? Is this correct? There seems to be a basic architecture issue with this if so?
As the marketing peson in my company, I look a the entire life of a customer from Prospect to Customer to Concel (and hopefully, Re-Acqusition). It looks like the system may break the thread and discard the marketing information (lead source for example) when they move into the account / opportunity phase.
