Let someone view some people's opportunities?

I want to let boss of sales department to view his staff's opportunities, but I have several sales departments, each boss only see his staff's opportunities and can nott see other department's. How can I setup this environment?

So:
Electronics Sales Boss -> Electronic Sales Reps
Housewares Sales Boss -> Housewares Sales Reps
Electronics Sales Boss !(no See)->Housewares Sales Reps

I don't think you can do this out of the box. The Roles module would need to be modified so you can also limit on a Role:

So, assign everyone in Electronics the "Electronics" Role. Let Electronics sales boss have permission "All w/ Electronics Role" and sales reps have permission "User".

Wow. That'd be a great mod. I'll start looking at it, but probably won't have time to dig into the code until the New Year.
