I'm currently using SugarPro 6.0.3. and would like to know if the below is possible:

I would like to separate administrator rights to two types. User Administration duties and System Administration duties.

1) User Administrator would be able to manage "Users", "License Management", and "Developer Tools" under the administration page.

2) System Administrator would be able to manage options under the "Email" and "System" menu (i.e. upgrade wizard, backups, scheduler, Repair..etc).

If the above is possible, can you point me in the right direction on how to configure this within Sugar...it seems like it's setup out of the box as either you're an administor or not an administrator.

I understand that you can disable upgrade wizard and backups in the php code, but is there a built in way to regulate the type of administrator rights instead?
