Limit on the amount of fields?

Is there a limit to the amount of fields you can create in a lead?

For instance, can we have a lead form with 100 fields?

Please think about usability when you add 100 fields to a lead. Not only would it discourage people from entering leads into the system, but it would also be difficult to read through all those fields to find relevant information.

Please consider designing the form so that it's easy for your users to use, otherwise they won't use the system (which will negate any benefit you'd gain from capturing that much information!).

Susie is right however technically it should be possible to create and use lead form with 100 fields.
