Link field in subpanels

I've put a custom field in a subpanel.
How can I make this field 'link'?

Hi, thank you for replace.
So, I've two related modules, Contacts and Pratiche, in subpanel 'Pratiche' of Contacts, I've the custom field 'POD', I'd like this custom field was a link to detailView of 'Pratiche' module.
It's possible ?
I hope it's clear...
