Linking a Campaign to a Lead

Hi there, I am a newbee with SCRM. If I create a campaign and a target list from leads, I then associate the campaign with the target. I would have though than in the Leads View the name of the campaign would appear in the lead detail view after Activities, History and then there is a heading for Campaigns but nothing there. Can anyone help ?

I am also having the same problem, and also Campaign Log is not creating any records if the activity type is Convert Target to Lead, or Lead to Contact.
