Linking Sugar CRM to online form capture

Great looking CRM.

My problem.

I have a website which at the moment has a php form capturing data to a MySQL database with your usual First Name, Last Name, Email, Occupation... And at the moment anyone wishing to register the details is advised to us the online form.

Can I import the data into Sugar CRM using CSV?

And then am I able to some how link Sugar CRM to the form/database that is capturing the information. That way I can continue capturing the information onine but use Sugar CRM to manage that info.

Any advise or links from the forum would help.

Thats what I needed, I just couldn't find any reference to it here. Although I did find it in the sugarcrm directory under examples.
