Hello.

I added a new HTML field to opportunities module in CRM.

The field contains an image with a http link.

However, in that link I would like to pass in sugarcrm user id - as part of the URL.

I am wondering is there is a nemin schema in place where I can give the URL link as http://www.test.com/call.php?id={{id}}

Or something alike.

Is it is possible, but I think you will be needed to use custom code to do that.
The easier way probably is creating afield that is renderized by a php function, then in this function you can retrive the url and also the current user id, and compose the complete link to present to your end user.
