I've just started using SugarCRM and am just about getting to grips with how everything works. My company has three group E-mail inboxes checked by a number of members of staff. When an E-mail is received, it is (usually) read, assigned to an account via the 'ACCOUNTS' pane underneath the body of the E-mail, and then replied to. This has the desired affect of assigning the original inbound E-mail to the history for that account and displays the 'replied' status, but the actual outbound E-mail sent in reply is not logged to the account. Is this normal behaviour of SugarCRM? I really need to see all inbound an outbound mail assigned to an account, otherwise it makes it very difficult to pick up where other members of staff left off.
