Login Attempt Fails with Outlook Plugin

Hi

I'm trying to connect sugar Microsoft Outlook plugin work and it failed with both 2007 and 2003 versions. My sugar crm version is : Sugar Professional Version 6.0.1 (Build 4143)

I can successfully login with my username/password with LDAP authentication to our sugar application.

When i tried to configure outlook plugin and test the connection(with the same username/password used at the web application) it shows a message "Login attempt failed please check the username and password".

We are not using OutlookTripleDES at our office, so the check box saying 'Use LDAP' is uncheck in the LDAP settings under advanced tab.

I saw the following in log file for outlook plugin, didn't help me at all
