Logo cannot be uploaded ver5.2.0

Here is my system information: Version 5.2.0 (Build 5380)

I have searched the forums and tried a number of the fixes. I have manually uploaded our logo to the themes\sugar\images directory. I have also ftp'd our logo to the include/images directory with no luck. I have made sure that the correct filename is being used in the themes\header.html and themes\header.php files.

In the admin panel when I select the logo to be uploaded it is displayed, but when i hit save the logo is lost and there is no logo available.

Any help would be great.

Hi,

First you have to try to delete your cache folder in sugarcrm main directory and try to upload company logo file. If it is not work then you can try to change your company logo size, or may be the format.

Or if it is still not working then you can paste your company logo in themes/Sugar/images/

just tried it manually in 5.2.ce - no problems. You need to put your logo (212x40, jpg, png) named as company_logo.png (in my case) into ../themes/theme_name/images.

Alternatively and preferred put the same structure under custom -> ../custom/themes/theme_name/images/company_logo.png
This makes it upgrade safe

I have just tried uploading the logo with 5.2 CE via the Admin System function, works no problem

I finally got it to work by hard-coding the image location in the themes/Sugar/header.html file

FROM: img src="{COMPANY_LOGO}" width="212" height="40"

TO: img src="http://www.mydomainname.com/themes/Sugar/images/company_logo.png

I had the same problem.
The solution was to grant recursive READ access on your custom folder

Any one have any luck with adding a company logo to the Sugar Portal? I need to add the company logo to the Sugar Portal piece of SugarCRM Enterprise.

I've had this issue previously and fixed it by recursively changing the file permissions to 755 on all files and folders inside the CUSTOM directory. See this thread for more information https://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?p=134134
