    Default Lookups

    I am currently evaluating Sugar using a 7 day trial. I am sure in previous versions when creating a case, the list of products available for selection would automatically be selected to only those assigned to the account assigned to the case, with any others available by using the search. This no longer seems to be the case. Can anyone tell me why? Or how it can be changed back so that only account centric choices appear as the defaults.

    I'm not sure this have ever been a part of the product. Do you remember which version had this?

    It's been awhile since I've used the 7-day trial (been with it ever since) but I clearly remember being able to do what you are trying to do without any problems. Are you having difficulties with this on multiple machines?
