Hi,
In order every employee of SugarCrm to see the communication with a specific Account/Lead, one must use the built in mail client to send and receive mail?
This seems to be uncomfortable for people used to Apple mail foe example?
Is there a way that people use their e-mail clients and a copy of each communication with an account is also sored in SugarCRM.
A system administrator should create a mail account for each account and configure the mail server that when a mail is sent to that a account a copy should be stored in this newly created mail account? All these can summarized as a "mail forwarding".
Sounds way too complicated. Is there another way to log the communication with an account, but leave employees use their favorite mail clients.
