When a user replies to an email it uses the main configuration email reply address instead of the users email address for the reply. How do I make sure that the users email address is the reply address as I don't want to filter through all the sales emails and assign them to the users, I want the responded emails to be directly replied to the same user.
e.g. I send an email to a user of the CRM called 'fred' and his email is 'fred@abc.com'
When 'fred' replies to my email I receive it but the reply email address is 'sales@abc.com'. I want to reply to 'fred@abc.com' directly without having to change the reply addess. When the user account is setup it asks for an email address so how can that be the reply address for all emails 'fred' replies to.
