New to SugarCRm, and am looking to install throughout the Company, however I have a few questions.

With the Word plug in can i send a standard mailing out to all my contacts, and if so can i then set it up for all those contacts to be set up for follow up calls. This will allow me to co-ordinate a mail campaign effectively.

The simplified plan is to:

Add/Import 200 contacts
Send 200 Letters using the mail plug in
Follow Up call to all 200 contacts, noting all comments made during discussion
Arrange Appointments for Salesmen
Send call reports and meeting details to remote salesmen

Then start all over again every day.

Hope that somebody can clarify this for me
