yes it is possible for a user to see the activities of other people who are using the CRM. Provided that he/she needs enough rights/permissions set in his/her role.

Hello bazianm,

You can view a shared calendar of other users by going into Calendar, clicking on the Shared button, then click on the little Edit pencil button to the right. Here, you can select which users' calendar items you want to view (shared calendar can only be viewed on a week by week basis).

If you are an admin user or have the role permissions, you can also view other users' activity items by customizing your dashlets to view other users' items, or you can also perform searches in the Activities module to see which items are assigned to other users
