Default Managing a training roster in sugar

    First time post.

We are small software company who conducts training on our products several times a year.

Any suggestions on how to keep the course sign ups (roster) in Sugar Community Version.

    Thanks.

Default Re: Managing a training roster in sugar

    Hi scowboy,

We are also a small software company with similar training activities.

We created a new module using Module Builder called Classes with a Many to Many relationship to Contacts. We create an instance of a Class for each scheduled class that stores the date and time, instructor and various other info about the class, then relate contacts to the Class.

That way we maintain the roster by having a Contacts subpanel under each Class that lists the registered attendees.
