Mass Mailing

Hello

I am using Sugar CE, would be of great help if you can tell me how to use Mass Mailing function in that (rellated to campaign) and also how to adjust the shortcuts on the interface.

Is there any way where i can see the Reminder of task, meetings and calls?

You might also want to check out the User and Admin guides which can be found here: http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/support/documentation

For Task/Meeting/Call reminders, you must have the system notifications turned on (Admin-->Email Settings) AND the 'Notify on assignment' checkbox should be checked for individual users.
