When I use the mass update feature to assign a group of leads to a user, it does not send the notification email to that user. If I assign a lead to a user by editing a single record, it will send the notification email. Am I experiencing an issue with Sugar or is this by design so that a user is not inundated with a dozen emails at a time.
If the former, can anyone provide any advice on what the issue might be> If the latter, maybe this would be a nice feature. Maybe Sugar could generate an email by iterating through the records being "mass updated" and generate a single email with the important lead/contact/account information for all of the updated records.
