missing toolbar items in email html editor

does anyone know on how to reactivate the second and the third toolbar of the html editor in the email client?
please see attached picture.

choose view | toolbar ==> where is that supposed to be on the email client in the compose mode. i cannot find it????

in email compose mode there is hardly anything to be moved. no success there either.

the funny thing is if i am editing my template all three toolbar lines appear. in normal email cmpose mode only one line appears.

thanks for taking the time to answer me. I don't know how that link is relevant to me. I am missing the toolbar lines 2 and 3 from the email editor in an already running installation of sugarcrm 5.5.1 RC2.

I find that I'm also missing most of the email tool bar functions (like the "link" icon). I'm running 5.5.2.

I get all of the icons on the "Make email template" page but not on the "compose" screen.

Any ideas? Maybe the new email system is missing those?

Is there a 5.5.3 version? Most current I found is 5.5.2.

I can live without the email toolbar plugins, but I don't understand why the Sugar engineers did not include them. Maybe they only come with the paid version?

Or maybe it is a browser issue as I use Safari (which is supposed to be Sugar accepted.)

I found it strange that all of the email tools are on the "make template" function.

Well, Sugar is free so you take what they give you and make the best of it I suppose. I'm sure they will bring back the other email editing functions in due time. I'm surprised no one else complained about this... or maybe it's just you and I with the problem?
