About LinkBacksCould somebody please help clarify for me whether or not there is iPhone and/or Blackberry capabilities included in the Community version of 5.2? If not, would I have to have the PRO version or is there another possibility?

Hi,
There is no standard Mobile Web Browser in CE, never was. This is reseverd for PRO and Enterprise.
Havea look at this: http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/verythinclient/
Maybe this will solver your issue

There was an app for the ipod touch or iphone. It was called iSugarCRM, it uses the SOAP server. I tried it and it used to work great with the CE. Now I think it is called Kinito Lite (free version). I have not tried the new version but I heard they removed some features and included them in the paid version. There is another app called SkyData for SugarCRM that works the same way.
