Module creation

I have installed latest version of Sugarcrm in my system.How can I create a new module.Can any body help me ...?However thanks in advance.

I hate to be rude but do a search before asking. There is currently a thread with over thirty messages on that exact subject. Depending on what version you have installed there may even be a module builder that can speed things up. In all your not going to have to hard of a time if you understand basic PHP, SQL and HTML. Thanks for your reply.I have seen module loader page.There we can upload our module as zip file.But I just wanted to know is there any format or instruction on directory naming for a new module like Joomla.If you could help me I will be very thankful to you

There is a syntax yes, mostly in the form of a manifest.php in the root of the zipped module. I personally have taken someone else's module replaced all the files then edited the manifest.php so I don't miss anything. The Module Creator admin module available at http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/modulebuilder/ but a version for 4.5.x isn't available yet.
