Module for Joomla 1.5 ???

Hello,
Is there a component that plugs in to Joomla 1.5 for sugarCRM?

I know these exist:

But, these feel a bit piece meal.

For CiviCRM, there is this:

Does something comparable to the Civi type extension exist for Sugar also?
