Module Loader Not showing modules

Hi all,

I'm having a rather unusual problem which I believe is related to permission issues but am unsure as to how to fix this. I am running the latest version of Sugarcrm and only have one module installed (Advanced Open Sales). When I went to the module loader to upgrade to a newer version of AOS, I noticed that the two areas in which uploaded and installed files are displayed are no longer shown. The rest of the page loads in its entirety but the two areas which list the files do not show up. I have tried changing the cache directory to 775 to see if it made any difference but it did not.

Attached is a photo showing what I am seeing. There are no error messages or anything further. In addition the only new changes I have made was to add custom fields in the studio but I dont think this should have any effect on the loader. Anybody have any idea as to why this is happening?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Chances are if it is a permissions issue, it is with the cache folder. Set the permissions on it to 755, recursively.

You might also want to peek in the cache/upload folder to make sure you actually have something in there as that's where it stores the related files. Also double check the upgrade_history table in your Sugar database to make sure it is still intact.

Hi, thanks for the response. I followed all instructions, set the permissions to 755, no change. In addition, everything is present in the cache/upload folder and in the database table. Is there anything further you would suggest?
