Module Loader throws errror

Hi,
I have Sugar running on Zend Core V2.0, Mac OSX 10.5.6.
For testing purposes I changed all permissions for all folders inside the Sugar main folder to a chmod 777.
When I tried to load any modules to Sugar I get the following error on the browser:

Specified directory '' for zip file 'cache/upload/some_module.zip' extraction does not exist.

I also checked my php error log file and got the following:

Has anyone run into this problem?
